IronSpark Fitness Single Large Cable Bar Attachment

I am still working on my off grid gym so I get different equipment here and there, adding to it as I go and this was a great addition.
It is quite comfortable and the hands and allows for a number of grips to work different areas. I’ve also used it with a tbar for row and it was effective there as well.

I work out at home and have a power cage that has a cable system. This attachment is far better than what came with my power cage.
This attachment is heavy, I'm pretty sure it is steel on the inside based on the weight. It is coated with a tough rubbery feeling material that has an amazingly grippy texture to it.
This is definitely a great improvement for anything pull down. I haven't tried it with curls but now that I'm thinking about it I will next arms day.
Everything about this attachments is very durable.
I haven't weighted it but thinking it weighs close to 10 pounds. You may need to bump your weight a little to compensate.
